These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website 5starstr.com (the “Site”) operated by 5 Star STR, a brand of EZ Arba LLC (“5 Star STR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 410 S. Rampart Blvd, Suite 390, Las Vegas, NV 89145. By accessing or using the Site, requesting a property income estimate, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

5 Star STR provides short-term and vacation rental property management services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Information on the Site, including income estimates, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of rental performance, a financial projection, or legal, tax, or investment advice. Actual results vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit information through it.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through a form or chat widget on the Site and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from 5 Star STR (EZ Arba LLC) at the number provided. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and, where you have separately opted in, marketing offers and promotions.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also unsubscribe by emailing eran@5starstr.com or calling 702-887-1099.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
