I'm an entrepreneur and a lifelong traveler. I was born in the USA but spent most of my life abroad, moving between countries and cultures and experiencing hospitality in every form it takes. That is where I learned the thing that still drives me. Hospitality looks different everywhere, but good hospitality always feels the same. Wherever you are in the world, people know when they are being genuinely taken care of.

I am the side of 5 Star STR that turns that feeling into performance. Revenue strategy, market data, and the pricing behind every booking are mine to get right, and I have never seen them as separate from the hospitality. A property that earns well is what lets us take care of guests the way Eran believes in, and it is what lets a homeowner trust us with something they spent years building.

Here is how I think about your pricing. Technology gives us the data and a smart starting point, then our revenue team fine-tunes it by hand. We read your rate against the live market every day, so you are never the overpriced listing guests scroll past or the underpriced one leaving money on the table, and we price the future as carefully as tonight, because the family planning next summer's reunion is booking months ahead. We even fill the orphan night stranded between two stays instead of letting it sit empty. My job is making sure your property earns what it should, night after night, and that the income report you open each month is one you are glad to read.

Ten years in the service industry taught me one thing that stuck: the work was never really about the work. It was about how you make people feel. That idea finally got a name for me in a book called "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara, where one line has stayed with me ever since. The experience is the product, not the building. A beautiful home is just a beautiful home. What people carry with them is how they felt inside it.

That belief shows up most in the moments nobody sees. When something goes wrong at 2am, I won't pretend I enjoy getting that call. But someone on our team is always awake and taking care of it, because the people staying with us deserve to feel looked after even when they are asleep. That is the part most companies quietly skip. We don't.

I keep a line from that book on my office wall: service is black and white, hospitality is the color. Great service was never about having the biggest home. It is about the way you make people feel.
