* Our pool technician and landscaper visit the property on a regular scheduled basis to ensure everything is well maintained and in top condition. Please note that they service the outdoor areas only and will never enter the home. Feel free to message us anytime should you wish to know their schedule!

4️⃣ NO street parking of any vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
5️⃣ NO more than 3 vehicles allowed. Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles is allowed.
6️⃣ NO disturbances around the neighborhood. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
7️⃣ Pets – Allowed if the Property owner approves and you pay the pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in booking cancellation and/or a $1,000 fine.
